The well-known benchmark institute AnTuTu has again released a list of the 10 fastest Android flagship phones for August 2025. This list reflects the performance of devices released in the Chinese market during the period 1 to 31 August 2025. In testing, AnTuTu evaluates various main aspects such as CPU, GPU, memory and storage. The score displayed is an average of at least 1,000 tests per device.
Overall, the list of the 10 fastest flagship phones in August 2025 is still dominated by the Snapdragon 8 Extreme and Elite chipsets. Only two Dimensity 9400+-based devices made it to the list, demonstrating the strong dominance of Qualcomm chipsets in the flagship segment.
Red Magic 10S Pro+ Remains Leading
The Red Magic 10S Pro+ has again maintained its first position as the fastest Android flagship cellphone for four consecutive months. This device achieved the highest score of 2,947,567 points, up slightly compared to last month which reached 2,943,537 points.
This extraordinary performance comes from the use of the Snapdragon 8 Elite Leading Edition chipset, an overclocked version of the Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition. This chipset has a prime core with a speed of 4.47 GHz and a GPU of up to 1.2 GHz. Apart from that, this cellphone is also equipped with aggressive performance tuning specifically designed to optimize gaming capabilities. This combination makes him worthy of being called the “benchmark king” in August 2025.
Vivo X200 Ultra and iQoo Neo 10 Pro+ are in the top three

High Performance from Non-Snapdragon Phones
In fourth position, the Vivo X200s with the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset achieved a score of 2,850,560 points. This will be the non-Snapdragon cellphone with the highest performance in August 2025. Meanwhile, the Honor GT Pro with Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition is in fifth position with a score of 2,845,597 points. This phone is aimed at users looking for a combination of gaming performance and heavy multitasking.
Other Phones on the List
Outside of the top five, almost the entire list is still dominated by cellphones with the Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition chipset. The OnePlus 13, iQoo 13, and Oppo Find X8 Ultra each recorded scores between 2.7 and 2.6 million points. Redmi K80 Ultra is also on the list with a score of 2,667,221 points using the Dimensity 9400+ chipset. In the final position, the OnePlus Ace 5 Pro is again in tenth place with a score of 2,659,857 points.
