How to Quickly Check the Cost of Land Certificates on Touch My Land

In addition to paying attention to the requirements needed, costs are one of the main things that the community considers when they want to apply for a certificate at the Land Office (Kantah). Many people feel confused in determining the amount of fees to pay when using land services. However, now you can take advantage of the Touch Tanahku application which has been launched by the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN).
This application is part of the digital transformation in land services carried out by the Ministry of ATR/BPN. According to the Director General (Dirjen) of Land Rights and Registration (PHPT) of the Ministry of ATR/BPN Asnaedi, the digital transformation of land services has been significantly developed since 2024.
“Starting in 2028, land services are expected to be fully digital with the implementation of land blockchain and smart contracts,” he said in a statement, Monday (6/10/2025).
In the Touch Tanahku application, there are various features that can be utilized, such as land registration, monitoring the location of land parcels, to calculating the cost of land services. Users can also use the Service Info feature to find information about the services available at BPN. For example, information about buying and selling, changing the name of inheritance, roya, auction, grant, and so on.
Available information includes requirements, time for completion of management, as well as cost simulations. However, the public still needs to calculate separately the Income Tax (PPh) and the Acquisition Fee for Land and Building Rights (BPHTB), because it often makes land service applicants experience misunderstandings when paying in the Kantah.
Here’s how to check the cost of land services using the Tanahku Touch application:
- Login to the Touch My Land App
- Open the application and enter the account that has been registered.
If you don’t have an account, please register first.
Select Service Info feature
After logging in, click the “Service Info” menu available on the main page of the application.
Choose one of the services you need
For example, if you want to take care of inheritance, select the “Inheritance” option.
Fill in the column of land value per square meter and overall land area
Enter the data according to the land value per square meter and the total land area you have.
Click Calculate Cost
- After all the data is filled in, click the “Calculate Fee” button to get the total service fee to be paid.
After the process is complete, the amount of service fee you have to pay will appear on the screen. With this feature, it is easier for people to estimate the costs required when applying for a certificate in the Kantah. The Touch Tanahku application not only provides convenience in administrative management, but also increases transparency and efficiency in land services.
