Nubia RedMagic 11 Officially Released, HP Gaming 8,000 mAh Battery

Launch RedMagic 11 Pro and RedMagic 11 Pro Plus

Nubia, a smartphone vendor from China which is also a sub-brand of ZTE, has officially launched its newest flagship gaming duo, namely Redmagic 11 Pro and Redmagic 11 Pro Plus in China. The launch was carried out on Friday (10/17/2025) and offers two devices with high-end specifications and large-capacity batteries.

One of the main features of these two phones is the very large battery capacity. Redmagic 11 Pro is equipped with an 8,000 mAh battery that supports fast charging via cable (wired) with 80 watts of power. Meanwhile, the Redmagic 11 Pro Plus has a 7,500 mAh battery that supports two fast charging options, namely via 120 watt wired and 80 watt wireless (wireless).

Both of these phones carry a 6.85-inch Boe X10 AMOLED screen with a resolution of 1.5K and a refresh rate of 144 Hz. This screen is also equipped with a 16 MP front camera placement planted under the screen (under display) as well as a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanner sensor. The screen-to-body ratio reaches 95.3 percent with a thin bezel design of 1.25 mm.

With this design, the front view of the RedMagic 11 Pro and 11 Pro Plus smartphone looks clean and relieved without the distraction of notch, punch hole, or thick frame. For photography needs, these two phones have two rear cameras consisting of a main and ultrawide camera with a resolution of 50 MP.

In terms of performance, the Nubia Redmagic 11 Pro series is both powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset which is paired with the company’s R4 gaming chip. This phone is equipped with LPDDR5T RAM up to 24 GB, and UFS 4.1 Pro storage with a capacity of 1 TB.

The RedMagic 11 Pro and 11 Pro Plus are also equipped with a synaptic touch chip that supports touch sampling rates of up to 3,000 Hz and a multi-touch sampling rate of 360 Hz. Nubia also embed two shoulder trigger buttons with a touch sampling rate of 520 Hz for the user’s gaming needs. Technically, this button allows the user to control the game without having to touch the screen.

The performance of the phone is also added with the feature of the internal active cooling fan, Liquid Metal VC Chamber to keep the device temperature stable, and the Pulsating Water Cooling Engine specifically for the RedMagic 11 Pro Plus variant.

Additional features and pricing

For software (software), Nubia Redmagic 11 Pro and 11 Pro Plus run the operating system (OS) RedMagic OS 11 that supports the use of artificial intelligence (AI)-based features. Several other features are also present in these two phones, namely support for WiFi 7, NFC, infrared sensor, three microphones, stereo speakers, 3.5 mm headphone jack holes, and waterproof certification with an IPX8 rating.

The Redmagic 11 Pro and 11 Pro Plus prices in the Chinese market are offered with different price tags and color options. For the RedMagic 11 Pro variant, there are two color options offered, including Dark Knight and Silver Winged War God. While the RedMagic 11 Pro Plus model is available in three colors, namely Plain Dark Knight, Transparent Silver Wing, and Transparent Dark Knight.
