The State Electricity Company (PLN) again provides attractive offers for its loyal customers. In commemoration of the 80th National Electricity Day, PLN presents the program “OOTD: October Optimal Add Power” which offers a discount of 50 percent for the cost of adding electricity. This program is designed so that customers can adjust the power according to their household needs at a more economical price.

This program is valid from 17 to 30 October 2025. This discount is available for 1 phase customers of all tariff groups. In addition, customers who make transactions through the PLN Mobile application also have the opportunity to get an electricity voucher worth Rp. 80,000 for the first 50,000 consumers. The voucher can be used as a discount on the purchase of tokens or payment of electricity bills.

Terms and Conditions of Discount Add 50 Percent Power PLN

Here are some of the terms and conditions that must be met by the customer:

• Program period: 17–30 October 2025.
• Eligible Customers: For customers, 1 phase low voltage with an initial power of 450 VA to 5,500 VA who want to increase the power up to a maximum of 7,700 VA.
• Customer condition: Customers must be active before October 1, 2025.
• How to follow the program: can only be followed through the PLN Mobile application.
• Additional Gifts: Customers who succeed in adding power will get a 50 percent discount on the connection fee and an electric e-voucher bonus worth a total of IDR 80,000 (4 vouchers @ IDR 20,000) for the first 50,000 customers.
• Terms of Use E-Voucher: Customers are required to make a minimum of 1 token purchase transaction or payment of electricity bills through the PLN Mobile application.
• E-voucher validity period: The Add Power Discount e-voucher is valid until October 30, 2025, while the Electric E-voucher is valid until February 28, 2026.
• Payment fee payment: done fully in advance, without installments. However, postpaid customers can repay the subscription guarantee (JL) up to 12 times.
• Other Requirements: Customers are required to pay all electricity bills and other obligations before submitting an application.
• Power change: Add power without changing the tariff, type of service, or the number of customer phases.
• Additional Terms: After the realization of added power, the customer cannot lower the power for 1 year, unless it has made a regular application for additional power at normal costs.
• Special Customers: Customers of Special Service Tariff (P3) are required to submit an application directly at the PLN Service Office.
• E-vouchers are non-swapped: E-vouchers cannot be cashed, transferred, or combined with other promos. If the application is canceled, the e-voucher cannot be reused.

How to Claim Discount Add Electricity in the PLN Mobile Application

To claim a discount on adding electricity through the PLN Mobile application, follow these steps:

1. Download the PLN Mobile application on the Google Play Store or App Store and login using your mobile number.
2. Buy electricity tokens (prepaid) or pay electricity bills (postpaid) through the PLN Mobile application.
3. After the payment is successful, the Add Power Discount e-voucher will automatically log into your account.
4. Open the “Reward” menu on PLN Mobile, then claim the e-voucher.
5. Go to the “Change Power & Migration” feature at PLN Mobile to apply for additional electrical power.
6. During the submission process, enter the discount voucher code that you have claimed.
7. Pay the additional power fee that has been deducted, then complete the transaction.
8. PLN officers will come to make connections or adjustments to the power according to your request.
