This feature is currently available in the latest Android beta version, namely 2.25.21.12. How to Use the Quick Recap Feature

If Quick Recap is available in the WhatsApp application, users can activate it in the following way:

• After that, users will immediately receive a summary of the message in a matter of seconds.

However, there are exceptions for chats protected by the ‘Advanced Chat Privacy’ feature. The Quick Recap feature will not work on those chats, due to stricter privacy policies.

Quick Recap uses AI Meta technology to generate message summaries. However, WhatsApp still maintains user privacy through a system called Private Processing. When a user requests a summary, the selected message data is processed in a secure and isolated environment.
