Official: iPhone 16 Released April 11, 2025 – Ordering from now on, prices on iBox and iPhone

The Apple company through its official website called the Apple Newsroom, has officially released the first sale date of the latest iPhone 16 series mobile phone series in the Indonesian market.

The announcement includes information on the official launch date of the iPhone 16 series which will be available for purchase in Indonesia about two weeks from the current, which is April 11, 2025.

But according to a report from Tribunnews, iBox has started pre-orders for the iPhone 16 starting Friday, March 27, 2025.

On the other hand, the information in the announcement includes various types and color options or variants that will be launched in the local market.

In the iPhone 16 series which consists of iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16E, iPhone 16 Pro, and iPhone 16 Pro Max, all of them will be sold to buyers in Indonesia.

For the color options, the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus can be found in variations of black, white, pink, navy blue, and faint purple. Meanwhile, the iPhone 16e is only provided with two color choices, namely black and white.

For the Pro version, the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max provide special color choices, namely Black Titanium, White Titanium, Natural Titanium, and Desert Titanium.

Based on the storage space, the iPhone 16, iPhone 16E, and iPhone 16 Plus provide options of 128 GB, 256 GB, and 512 GB. On the other hand, for the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max models, there are more variations in capacity, namely 128 GB, 256 GB, 512 GB, to 1 TB.

Although it has announced the release date and several types of products, Apple still has not submitted official details regarding the price of each series of the iPhone 16 series in the Indonesian market.

Currently, the price for the iPhone 16 series has not been listed on the Apple Indonesia website or apple.com/id. However, Apple has displayed the standard tariff of the iPhone 16 series on Apple.com’s main page using the US dollar exchange rate.

• The price of the iPhone 16 with a storage capacity of 128GB is 799 US dollars or approximately Rp. 13.2 million (assuming the exchange rate of 1 US dollar is equivalent to Rp. 16,580).
• The price of the iPhone 16 with a storage capacity of 256GB is 899 US dollars or approximately equivalent to 14.9 million rupiah.
• The price of the iPhone 16 with a capacity of 512GB is 1,099 US dollars or approximately equivalent to Rp. 18.2 million.

• The price of the iPhone 16E with a storage capacity of 128GB is 599 US dollars or approximately equivalent to Rp. 9.93 million.
• The price of the iPhone 16e with a storage capacity of 256 GB is 699 US dollars or approximately equivalent to 11.6 million rupiah.
• The price of the iPhone 16E with a capacity of 512 GB is 899 US dollars or approximately equivalent to Rp. 14.9 million.
