List of 10 Best Performance Sub-Flagship Android Smartphones in February 2026

AnTuTu re-released a list of the 10 best performing sub-flagship Android smartphones for the February 2026 period. This rating is compiled based on benchmark data collected through AnTuTu Benchmark V11 during 1–28 February 2026, using the average score of various tests device.

Although there were not many major launches in this segment during February, some new devices still made it into the list. Honor Power 2, Redmi Turbo 5, and the Oppo Reno 15 series are newcomers who immediately enliven the top flight.

Honor Power 2 Becomes the King of Performance

The first position was occupied by Honor Power 2 with an average score of 2,201,537 points. This smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Elite chipset which still maintains the design of the previous generation with the All Cortex-A725 Core architecture.

MediaTek also increased the operational frequency of the chipset compared to the previous generation, thus providing a significant spike in performance. What makes this device even more interesting is the 10,080mAh super large battery, but still packaged in a relatively thin body with a thickness of only 7.98 mm. This combination of high performance and jumbo battery makes the Honor Power 2 the fastest Android sub-flagship smartphone in AnTuTu’s latest benchmark.

Oppo Reno 15 Series Strict Paste

In second place is the Oppo Reno 15 Pro with an average score of 2,113,019 points. This smartphone uses the Dimensity 8400-MAX chipset which is designed to provide high performance in the upper middle class. Still from the same family, the Oppo Reno 15 occupies the third position with a score of 2,102,547 points, also powered by the Dimensity 8400-max chipset.

Redmi Turbo 5 Becomes a Strong Newcomer

Redmi Turbo 5 is one of the new devices that immediately enter the list. This smartphone is in fourth position with an average score of 2,087,575 points, thanks to the support of the Dimensity 8500 Ultra chipset.

MediaTek dominates the sub-flagship segment

The February benchmark results show that the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 and 8400 series chipsets currently dominate the sub-flagship segment. Some of the newly released devices even immediately shot to the top position in a short time. This dominance also confirms that MediaTek is getting stronger in the premium middle class, especially in terms of the balance between high performance and power efficiency.
