Ministry of Religion certified independent training for numeracy mastery
The Ministry of Religion (Kemenag) again held a certified independent training with the theme “Smart Berkarya for Indonesia” which will take place from 1 to 5 August 2025. online without the need to attend zoom sessions or face-to-face meetings.
This training is open to various groups, including teachers, madrasa principals, lecturers, supervisors, education observers, and the general public who are interested in participating. Participants can register independently and obtain a certificate after completing the program.
One of the flagship programs in this training is numeracy training: practical ideas of learning and numerical games. In this training, participants will follow seven thematic modules covering various numeracy concepts. One of the interesting modules is Module 3.3: Numeration in the surrounding environment.
This module is designed to help participants understand the importance of building numerical skills through the context of everyday life. The concept of numeracy is not only limited to mathematics in class, but can also be introduced through activities at home, the school environment, to the wider community.
After completing the lessons in this module, participants were asked to answer 10 evaluation questions to measure their understanding of the material that had been studied.
