Xiaomi 18 Pro: Changing the Definition of Compact Flagship Smartphone
Xiaomi seems to be preparing to present interesting innovations for technology fans at the end of this year. According to the latest leak from tipster Kartikey Singh on the X platform, the Xiaomi 18 Pro series will be the only smartphones to have a secondary display on the back—a feature that is very rare to find in the market today.
Apart from that, this device is also called a flagship with a compact size that offers extraordinary camera specifications. One of the main aspects of the Xiaomi 18 Pro is the camera sector. This device is rumored to bring:
- 200MP main camera (with LOFIC technology)
- 200MP telephoto camera
If true, this would be a very “overkill” camera setup for a smartphone—even by flagship standards.
The Pro and Pro Max versions are also said to come with a 200MP periscope lens that supports macro focusing up to 15cm. This is a significant improvement over the previous generation:
