August 2025, Honda Presents Electric Motorcycles with Subsidies

Government Ensures Electricity Subsidy Re-runs
The government through the Ministry of Industry (Kemenperin) emphasized that the electric motorcycle subsidy program will be re-enacted in August 2025. This is done to encourage the adoption of two-wheeled electric vehicles in Indonesia. Deputy Minister of Industry, Faisol Riza, said that this policy will continue to run according to schedule in order to accelerate the development of environmentally friendly vehicle ecosystems while encouraging the growth of domestic industries.
“Stay August, yes. Hopefully everything is on the track, according to the plan, “said Faisol. According to him, incentives for two-wheeled electric vehicles are very much needed in accelerating the transition to a more sustainable transportation system.
