Complete Guide to Applying for Online Loans Through the Julo Application

JULO is one of the online loan services that has been registered and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). For those who need fast funds, Julo can be an alternative choice because the registration and disbursement process is relatively easy through the application. Here are the complete steps to apply for a loan through the JULO application.

1. Download and install the Julo app

First of all, download and install the Julo app from the official app store. Open the Google Play Store, then type the keyword “julo” in the search field. Choose an application with the name “Julo – Online Loan” developed by PT Julo Teknologi Finansial. Make sure the application icon is blue so you don’t get confused with other apps. Once selected, click the “Install” button and wait until the process is complete. Once installed, open the application to start the registration process.

2. Registration process

After the application is opened, select the “Register” menu. Registration is carried out using the Population Identification Number (NIK) contained on the Identity Card (KTP). Create a password consisting of a combination of numbers. Next, read and agree to the Privacy Policy displayed. Give the application permission to run the verification process, including camera access, location, and storage.

3. Verification and data entry

The data verification process has two options, namely filling out the form manually or via video call. For users who want to do it manually, select the “Fill out the form yourself” option. Make sure you have prepared the original ID card and are at least 18 years old. The verification steps include:

  • Upload a photo of your ID card.
  • Perform face verification by holding your ID card in front of the camera.
  • Fill in all the requested personal data such as name, address, occupation, income, and others.

4. Loan Application

After successful verification, information will appear regarding the available credit limit. For example, the limit is available at IDR 800,000 with a choice of 4 or 5 months tenor. Simulate installments, for example a 5-month tenor has installments of around Rp. 224,000 per month. Disbursed funds can be different from the total loans submitted due to admin fee discounts. For example, from the proposed Rp800,000, the disbursement can be around Rp. 736,000, depending on the provisions at the time of submission.

5. Confirmation and digital signature

Choose the purpose of using the loan, for example for daily needs. Approve all the terms and fees listed, including administration fees and refund amounts. Enter the PIN that was created during registration. Read the summary of the loan agreement displayed. Perform electronic signature to approve the loan agreement. Click “Continue” and the process will be forwarded to the disbursement stage.

6. Disbursement of funds

After the process is complete, all you have to do is wait for the loan funds to enter the bank account that has been registered. The disbursement process is generally fast, depending on the internal verification process of JULO. By following the steps above, applying for a loan in the Julo application can be done easily and quickly.

However, it is important to read and understand all the terms, interest, and costs that apply before signing the agreement. Use online loan services wisely and only when absolutely necessary.
