GIIAS 2025: Daihatsu Introduces Rocky E-Smart Hybrid
Daihatsu Presents Environmentally Friendly Mobility Solutions at GIIAS 2025
PT Astra Daihatsu Motor (ADM) has again strengthened its existence in the 2025 Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS).
At this exhibition, Daihatsu not only displays superior models but also provides more efficient and environmentally friendly mobility solutions. One of the main highlights is the Daihatsu Rocky E-Smart Hybrid. This model is designed to meet the community’s need for fuel-efficient and environmentally friendly vehicles.
Yasushi Kyoda, President Director of PT Astra Daihatsu Motor, explained that the Rocky E-Smart Hybrid is equipped with a Real series hybrid system. “The entire system is fully supported by an electric motor, so it is very suitable for use at low to medium speeds which are often used in daily activities,” he said while speaking at ICE, BSD, Tangerang.
According to Yasushi, the Rocky E-Smart Hybrid is not only efficient in energy use, but also has low emissions and responsive acceleration. In addition, this car is also equipped with sophisticated security features, making it an ideal choice for consumers who prioritize safety.
However, the detailed specifications and prices of the Rocky E-Smart Hybrid will still be announced further. The update of the information will be delivered on Thursday, July 24, 2025.
Besides the Rocky E-Smart Hybrid, Daihatsu also brought several other flagship models on the exhibition floor. Some of them include the Daihatsu Sigra X-Style, Rocky Special Edition, and Sigra Facelift.
