Toyota Updates Mtoyota App, It’s New Interesting Features

Updated MTOYOTA app, brings a better vehicle ownership experience
PT Toyota-Astra Motor (TAM) presents the latest update on the MTOYOTA application in the GIIAS 2025 event. This application is designed to provide a more connected and comfortable vehicle ownership experience for Toyota users. With the innovations made, TAM wants to ensure that every customer and dealer can benefit from the integrated digital platform.
The Mtoyota application is now one of the main tools that helps users in various stages of car ownership. From searching for authorized Toyota dealers by location, activity history, to favorite dealer options, users can do everything through only one application. This facilitates the process of searching for dealers before buying a vehicle.
After owning the car, users can immediately use features such as ordering service services and monitoring service status regularly. In addition, the application also provides a Track Order Status feature that allows users to know the progress of booking units in real-time. The Build Your Vehicle feature allows users to customize the vehicle according to their preferences.
One of the other excellent features is automatic service notifications and reminders. This application is able to remember user history and provide warnings about service needs independently. This aims to maintain the optimal condition of the vehicle.
At this launch event, the MTOYOTA application will be available in seven Toyota dealer networks and will be gradually expanded to other dealers. In addition, Toyota also strengthens vehicle connectivity through the T-Intouch feature. This feature allows users to stay connected with their cars and enjoy various telematics features that increase driving comfort and safety.
Collaboration with Telkomsel as a provider of In-Car Wi-Fi Hotspot and IoT Connected Car strengthens the accessibility of this feature. Previously, the user had to come to the dealer to extend the T-InTouch subscription. Now, the process can be done through the Astrapay application. Users only need to enter the vehicle frame number and make payments to activate the T-InTouch service for one year.
Toyota also introduced the Hybrid Health Check service which provides free checking on hybrid vehicles. The service includes three main components: Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC), Hybrid Battery, and Visual Check by trained technicians. This check is carried out every time the vehicle performs periodic services at an official Toyota workshop.
In addition, Toyota has added a T-OPT product line as a vehicle maintenance solution. T-OPT provides quality spare parts at affordable prices. This year, T-OPT added a clutch system component such as clutch disc, clutch cover, and clutch bearing. This product complements the previous eight products such as Air Filter, Brake Pad, Oil Filter, Wiper Blade, V-Belt, and Fuel Filter.
T-OPT products are available at Toyota Part Shop Partners and OtoXpert Workshops spread throughout Indonesia. With the integration of T-Intouch and Astrapay, equipped with Hybrid Health Check and T-OPT which is constantly updated, Toyota wants to provide a sense of security and comfort for customers.
