Xiaomi 15T Series: Presenting a Professional Photography Experience in the Premium Cellphone Segment
Xiaomi Indonesia officially launched its newest flagship line, the Xiaomi 15T Series, which comes in two variants: Xiaomi 15T and Xiaomi 15T Pro. The presence of this device marks a serious step by Xiaomi in strengthening competition in the premium cellphone segment in Indonesia. One of the main features offered is professional-grade photography capabilities, thanks to collaboration with Leica.
More Advanced Camera Capabilities
Different from the previous series, the Xiaomi 15T Series emphasizes new telephoto camera capabilities. For the first time in the T line, Xiaomi has embedded a Leica 5x Pro telephoto lens in the Pro variant. This allows users to perform optical zoom up to 5x and ultra zoom up to 20x. Photo composition flexibility is also wider, with a focus range ranging from 15mm to 230mm.
The 50MP main camera on both models is equipped with a Leica Summilux lens. The Xiaomi 15T Pro has an aperture of ƒ/1.62 and a Light Fusion 900 sensor with a dynamic range of 13.5 EV, which is claimed to be able to provide more detailed and richly colored photos, especially in low light conditions. Meanwhile, the 32MP front camera on both devices is designed for high quality selfies and video calls.
Attractive Videography
From the videography side, Xiaomi emphasizes professional recording capabilities. All focal lengths support 4K 60fps HDR10+, while the Xiaomi 15T Pro adds a 4K 120fps option for cinematic content. In addition, 10-bit Log recording with LUT input provides more flexibility in editing.
Significant Performance Improvement
Not only the camera, this series also offers increased performance. The Xiaomi 15T Pro is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ (3nm) chipset, while the Xiaomi 15T uses the Dimensity 8400-Ultra. Both are supported by a 5500mAh battery with fast charging technology: up to 90W wired and 50W wireless on the Pro variant, and 67W wired on the regular variant.
Attractive Screen and Design
The screens on both models feature 6.83 inch AMOLED panels. The refresh rate reaches 144Hz on the Xiaomi 15T Pro and 120Hz on the Xiaomi 15T, equipped with eye protection technology. The design is coated with Corning Gorilla Glass 7i and is IP68 certified, making the device waterproof to a depth of 3 meters.
Color Variants and Smart Device Ecosystem
Available color variants include Black, Gray, Rose Gold for the Xiaomi 15T, as well as additional Mocha Gold for the 15T Pro. This launch was also accompanied by an ecosystem of new smart devices, such as the Xiaomi OpenWear Stereo Pro, Xiaomi Watch S4 41mm, and Xiaomi Smart Band 10 Glimmer Edition.

Price and Launch Schedule
The Xiaomi 15T Series will be available in Indonesia on October 4 2025, with official prices starting from IDR 6.4 million for the basic variant to IDR 10.9 million for the highest variant. During the launch period, buyers also have the opportunity to get bonus wearable devices from Xiaomi.
