The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) has been accused of secretly accessing the genetic information of millions of people, allegedly as part of a covert program to search for individuals with extraterrestrial DNA. This claim was made by Jason Reza Jorjani, a philosophy PhD and science fiction writer, who claims to have spoken with a retired U.S. Army sergeant who worked as a “psychic spy” and had knowledge of the government’s secret initiative.
Jorjani shared these allegations on the American Alchemy podcast, stating that the CIA has a backdoor program allowing it to access data from genetic testing companies like 23andMe and Ancestry.com. According to him, the purpose of this surveillance is to identify individuals with DNA ancestry linked to a race of aliens known as the Nordics. These beings are described as extremely tall humans resembling Scandinavians, with blond hair, blue eyes, and fair skin.
The Psychic Spy Roots
Despite the Trump administration releasing multiple batches of previously classified reports on UFOs and the search for alien life, the Pentagon has long maintained that there is no proof of alien existence. Jorjani claimed his information came from Army veteran Lyn Buchanan, who has publicly stated he was trained as a remote viewer—a CIA program designed to use psychic spies to perceive information about distant objects, events, or people.
Buchanan has also mentioned in podcast interviews that the government was actively searching for people whose DNA did not fit into standard human ancestry patterns, labeling them as “other” or “unknown unidentifiable.” Jorjani recounted an incident where Buchanan was contacted by three Nordics in a diner, who claimed they were aware of the CIA’s efforts to track down alien-human hybrids and requested his help.
The 23andMe Backdoor
According to Jorjani, the Nordics explained that their kind had traveled to Earth to escape their own world’s “tyrannical” government. They had intermarried with humans and produced hybrid offspring for generations, now seeking a free society to protect their children and grandchildren.
Jorjani quoted Buchanan as saying that Kit Green, a former CIA scientist, had a program to access 23andMe and Ancestry.com databases through a backdoor. He claimed the CIA was screening users for a specific genetic variance linked to the Nordics.
Christopher “Kit” Green was a CIA scientist for 20 years and admitted to working on the remote viewing program before leaving the agency in 1985. However, the author did not clarify how Green was involved in the alleged access to these DNA databases, as he reportedly left the intelligence community decades before both companies were founded.
Data in Limbo
In a separate interview in 2023, Buchanan confirmed parts of Jorjani’s claims, stating he would never take a DNA test from 23andMe due to the information he possessed. He told the Through a Glass Darkly podcast: “There is a wedge on the pie chart, you know Germanic, African and all this. There’s a wedge called ‘other,’ which means unknown unidentifiable.”
Ancestry.com claims to have the world’s largest consumer DNA network, with over 30 million people in its database. Meanwhile, 23andMe filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy last year due to financial difficulties, a major data breach in 2023, and declining demand. The company was acquired by TTAM Research Institute, a nonprofit public benefit corporation, in July. More than 15 million people have used the DNA service.
According to Jorjani, the alleged part-human descendants of the Nordics do not even know they have alien DNA. He said: “They said, ‘Look, our children, especially our grandchildren, have no idea where they’re from.'”
Presidential Briefing
Claims that the U.S. government is aware of alien-human hybrids living on Earth have been supported by UFO whistleblowers and even members of Congress. Missouri Congressman Eric Burlison stated that President Trump was told about the existence of at least four alien species humans secretly know about. Burlison and retired U.S. Air Force Major David Grusch confirmed that Trump was “fully briefed” on the Nordics creating alien-human hybrids.
During an X space interview in June 2023, Burlison added that Grusch was the intelligence officer who briefed the president on “crossbreeds living in the world,” though Grusch did not have an answer when asked how humans could tell if someone was an alien hybrid.
Former Florida Congressman Matt Gaetz recently claimed that the U.S. has secretly run “forced breeding programs” to create alien-human hybrids. The controversial conservative firebrand said a member of the U.S. military described this program in detail, claiming there were six to 12 secret facilities around the country engaged in abducting humans to mate with extraterrestrials.
