200 MP Camera, Vivo X300 Ready to Launch Globally
JAKARTA – A mobile phone vendor from China, Vivo, is reportedly preparing to launch the X300 Series model globally. This model comes in two versions, namely standard and pro. The two variants offer four different color choices.
Previously, the Vivo X300 series was introduced in its home country, China, in early October 2025. Although there has been no official announcement from Vivo regarding the details of the variant that will be released globally, this information comes from a technology leaker called Paras Guglani.
According to the upload on Platform X, the regular Vivo X300 will be available in four colors, namely Halo Pink, Iris Purple, Mist Blue, and Phantom Black. Meanwhile, the global variant will be equipped with up to 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage. The 1 TB version available in China will not be marketed internationally.
Meanwhile, for the Pro variant, the Vivo X300 Pro also offers four color choices, namely Mist Blue, Phantom Black, Cloud White, and Dune Brown. This pro variant has similar specifications to the regular version, namely up to 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage.
Paras Guglani also mentioned that not all regions will accept all color variants. In Australia, for example, the Vivo X300 Pro will only be available in two colors, namely Phantom Black and Dune Brown. Meanwhile, the Vivo X300 will offer an exclusive red color variant.

In China, the Vivo X300 uses a 6.31-inch BOE Q10 plus LTPO AMOLED with 1.05 mm ultra thin bezel and TUV certified eye protection. The phone is equipped with the Super Zeiss 200 MP main camera (Samsung ISOCELL HPB), 50 MP ultra wide lens, and a 50 MP Zeiss APO telephoto lens for 3x optical zoom.
On the front, there is a 50 MP autofocus selfie camera that has been set for the Zeiss Natural Color. The device is supported by the NPU V3+ and has capabilities such as 4K 60fps portrait video, motion tracking, as well as the “Zero-Additive” portrait feature. Despite having a thin frame of 7.95 mm and a weight of 190 grams, this phone is equipped with a strong Blue Ocean 6,040 mAh battery, as well as LPDDR5X RAM and 4.0 to 1 TB of UFS storage.
Upgrade on Vivo X300 Pro
Vivo X300 Pro offers some significant improvements. The screen is bigger, which is 6.78 inches with LTPO AMOLED technology and a refresh rate of 1–120Hz and a resolution of 1,260 × 2,800. The phone is equipped with a 50MP Sony Lyt-828 main sensor, a 200MP telephoto lens, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP front camera.
The battery is also bigger, which is 6,510mAh with 90W cable charging support and 40W wireless. This phone has a thickness of 7.99 mm and a weight of 226 grams.
