types of motor vehicle tax

Every vehicle owner, both motorcycles and cars, is obliged to pay taxes as a form of contribution to the country. Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) is an annual obligation that must be paid by the vehicle owner. In addition to PKB, there are several other types of taxes that also need to be considered.

First, there is a mandatory donation of road traffic accident funds (SWDKLLJ), which functions as accident insurance. Second, the transfer fee for motorized vehicles (BBNKB), which is imposed when buying a new vehicle or making a change of name. Third, progressive tax, which is an additional tax imposed if a person owns more than one vehicle with the same address and name.
